Stitching/Sewing Section

Function of the Stitching/Sewing department
Following the cutting process, the pieces are bundled and stitched according to their size, colour, and quantity. A garment assembly line sews garments sequentially as they pass through, completing them as they go. Operators of sewing machines pass the completed portion of the garment to the next operator after sewing a portion of the garment.
QA ensures that the garment is properly assembled and does not have any manufacturing defects at the end of the sewing line.
The well trained and skilled workforce engaged in 50 Lines around 50,000 pcs per day. And finishing all garments is steam- ironed and machine pressed meticulously.
