Function of the Checking, Ironing & Packing
Checking is to trim all extra threads and also checks for stains and holes. All garments are 100% checked before packing. In the checking section the pieces are properly checked by efficient people.
This team not only identifies producing defects however conjointly appearance for cosmetic flaws, stains, or alternative spots on the garment that will have occurred throughout the cutting and stitching processes.
After a garment is totally checked and approved, it’s transferred to the ironing section of the ability for final pressing.
Ironed garments are folded in a specified dimension. Tags, such as price tags and hang tags are attached to the garment by means of a kimble gun or threads. Finally, properly folded garments are packed into poly bags as per customer’s requirements. Individual poly bags are then packed into bigger cartons.
