Auto and Manual Cutting
Showcasing our Knitting Process
Fabric Cutting Section
Our technological cutting and edge machines have 150,000 pcs/day capacity. Full automatic computerised cutting systems are employed in the world requiring exactness and speed, and every one steps are applied beneath the management of the pc from the pattern preparation to the method of the marker, from the parturition of the material to the cutting of the fabric.
The fabric cutting phase could be very essential for the subsequent stitching phase. It is one of the principal sections in manufacturing. Cut fabric are taken care of in step with the scale of fabric. After sorting, numbering and checking are completed to ensure that no errors occur.

Function of the cutting department
Garment production starts with the cutting process. In this process, the fabric is being cut into components (shapes or patterns of different garment parts, i.e. front, back, sleeve, collar shapes
etc.).
The main function of the cutting section is to cut the fabric according to the design. Fabric cutting can be done either by hand* or with CNC machines. Most often, we choose manual cutting for samples and CNC cutting for mass production.
Once we make the samples and client approves them, automatic cutters hit the stage. They handle precise cutting in bulk and calculate the best fabric usage ratio. We usually use between 85% and 95% of material per cutting project. As a result, we manage to create zero textile waste.
